In short
errcodex needs no account and no registration. Your preferences (theme, code tabs) stay in your own browser, and search runs on your device. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs. The site shows no ads and sets no advertising cookies.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for errcodex.com is errcodex, operated from Spain. Spanish data protection law applies: the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. What we process, why, and for how long

We do not sell personal data for money, we do not build profiles of you ourselves, and we make no automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Who receives data
- Microsoft Azure hosts the site (data processor).
- Fonts and icons are served from our own domain: loading a page sends no request to font or icon providers.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Microsoft may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Microsoft is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to dario_admin@resolvia-crm.tech; we answer within one month.
Your preferences never reach us: you can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), www.aepd.es, or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
6. Minors
errcodex is not directed at children. Under Spanish law, people under 14 cannot consent to the processing of their data on their own, and ourTerms of Service set a minimum age of 16, or use under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
