- wget: ERROR 403: Forbidden.wget prints ERROR 403: Forbidden. when the server refuses the request: it blocks the User-Agent, needs a login or cookie, or checks the Referer. Exit code 8.
- wget: ERROR: cannot verify certificate: Unable to locally verify the issuer's authoritywget cannot verify the certificate when its CA is not in the trusted store: a missing CA bundle, an internal CA or a TLS-inspecting proxy. Add the CA to fix it.
- wget: Unable to establish SSL connection.wget prints Unable to establish SSL connection when the TLS handshake fails: an old TLS version, a proxy blocking CONNECT, or HTTPS sent to a plain port.
- wget: unable to resolve host addresswget prints unable to resolve host address when the DNS lookup fails: a typo, no network or DNS server, a required proxy, or a container without working DNS.
